The Tiana Angelique Notice Foundation is dedicated to the fight against domestic violence and is pleased to announce a mini-grant program of up to $500 to support organizations in the State of Massachusetts with funds for supplies and/or services that will support agency domestic violence awareness month events. The following is a list of requirements for the program in 2024.
- The application must be submitted on behalf of an established non-profit organization in need in Massachusetts and provide proof of non-profit status;
- The awarded non-profit organization must provide services and support directly to victims impacted by domestic violence;
- The completed application must be received via email at honortiananotice@gmail.com by the Tiana Angelique Notice Foundation no later than 11:59 PM on August 30, 2024;
- The application must include the following:
- A cover letter identifying the applicant organization, the organization’s mission, how the organization support’s victims of domestic violence and a point of contact for the organization;
- Proof of status as an approved non-profit organization in the state of Massachusetts;
- A proposal detailing how the funds will be used to include the domestic violence awareness month proposed event the funds will support.
- A statement of agreement to submit a follow up letter to the Tiana Angelique Notice Foundation within 120 days of receipt of the financial award confirming how the funds were utilized.
- Applications received by the established due date are the only applications that will be considered;
- The number of awards may vary depending upon availability and response;
- Applicants will be contacted during the second week of September with information as to the outcome of their application;
- The Tiana Angelique Notice Foundation reserves the right to post information about the award program and recipients on the foundation’s website and official social media pages.
