Nicole Suissa is a licensed practicing attorney in New York and New Jersey. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Hartford in 2012, and holds a JD from the Pennsylvania State Dickinson School of Law. Nicole is a former Tedx Hartford speaker. She previously served as a member of the Alumni Board of Directors at the University of Hartford, and she continues to mentor students there. 

 

As a student at the University of Hartford, Nicole was the President of the Roosevelt Institute Hartford Chapter, the same organization Tiana Notice lead during her academic career at the University. In 2010, Nicole lead the chapter to assist Alvin Notice in passing legislation for GPS monitoring of repeat domestic violence offenders in Massachusetts and Connecticut. She is proud to sit on the board of the Tiana Notice foundation in furtherance of that legacy so women and girls can feel safe and empowered. 

 

Nicole is a proud mother of two. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, Alex, two children, and their beloved tuxedo cat, Noodle.
